아내 금 테크 사기 혐의 고소 ···박상우 부여군의원, ‘의원직 전격 사퇴’발표
18일 입장문 발표 "모든 게 제 불찰…. 피해자분들과 군민들께 진심으로 죄송" 사과

[충청24시뉴스 최창열 기자]=충남 부여지역에서 금테크 투자 사기 혐의로 지난 14일 부여경찰서에 L씨를 상대로 7명이 고소장을 접수하면서 L 씨의 남편이 부여군의회 박상우 의원으로 알려지면서 지역사회 충격을 주고 있다.
그런 와중에 박상우 부여군의원의 아내 사기 사건이 불거진 지 불과 5일 만에 18일 오후 전격 사퇴 의사를 발표하는 짧은 입장문을 통해“이번 불미스런 사건으로 물의를 일으켜 피해를 본 분들께 진심으로 사죄드린다.”라며“모든 게 제 불찰”이라고 사과했다.
이어 박 의원은“의정활동을 수행할 수도 없고 구 의원직을 유지하는 것도 부적절하기에 의원직에서 물러나고자 한다.”라면서“당황스럽고 경황이 없어 사죄의 말씀이 늦었다.”라고 설명했다.
그러면서 그는“ 피해자분들께 거듭 사죄드린다. 아울러 군민들께도 죄송하다”라며“피해수습과 관련해서는 정확한 사실관계가 밝혀지는 대로 추후 따로 말씀드리겠다.”라는 입장을 피력했다.
이 소식을 접한 부여읍 주민은“하루빨리 정확한 사실 규명과 피해보상이 이루어지길 바란다.”라며“장래가 촉망받는 젊은 정치인이 불미스러운 가정사로 전격 사퇴라는 용단을 내렸다니 안타까운 마음이다.”고 전했다.
